For help with a survey (verifying a survey employee, mailing, or phone call):

Call the Regional Office for your state for help with household surveys. Each of the six Census Bureau Regional Offices manage operations for over 40 surveys that the Census Bureau conducts each year. They oversee different areas in the country and can assist you with your case.

Use the Staff Search to confirm an interviewer is a Census Bureau employee.

For help with business surveys, contact the National Processing Center.
