The Census Bureau has released the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), COMM-16-BC-2020, for the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Contract (2020 CICC).

This is strictly a DRAFT version of the RFP.

Vendors shall submit question by the inquiries submission due date and time specified in the Draft RFP (Please see section L.3 of the Draft RFP).
