Aug 24, 2016 — The U.S. Census Bureau has awarded the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Contract to Young & Rubicam (Y&R). Oct 15, 2014 — The Census Bureau is planning to award a contract to design, plan, produce, integrate, and implement an integrated communications program for the 2020 Census. The contractor will be responsible for providing services in multiple communications areas to support building awareness and promoting self-response for the 2020 Census. The solicitation process is anticipated to begin in mid-December. The tentative schedule for the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Contract is posted below.
